Reverend James Edward Lee III
Reverend James Edward Lee III is a licensed and ordained Baptist minister with nearly twenty years of ministry leadership. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of County Line First Baptist Church in Pilot Point, Texas, where he leads preaching, teaching, and community engagement with a heart for equipping believers and reaching the lost. His ministry journey has included impactful roles as Associate and Assistant Pastor in churches across Texas, Iowa, and North Carolina, where he revitalized programs such as Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and youth ministries.
In addition to his pastoral service, Reverend Lee has extensive leadership experience in nonprofit management and education. He has served as Vice President of Club Operations with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Cedar Valley, and Executive Director of the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Buncombe County. In these roles, he managed multimillion-dollar organizations, oversaw strategic growth, strengthened financial sustainability, and developed innovative youth programs. His background also includes higher education instruction, workforce development, and community economic initiatives.
Reverend Lee holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management from American InterContinental University and has completed advanced coursework at Liberty University in Master of Divinity with a concentration in Leadership. Known as a dynamic, approachable leader, he is passionate about linking diverse communities, strengthening organizational health, and faithfully proclaiming the Word of God.
